| Problems with a site sponsor: Mod's assistance? |

Just checking if there is any informal support available from the Mods with a site sponsor I am having trouble with? I ordered some new items from them, paid for them but no delivery as yet and no comms from them (proactively or in response to PM's) even though they are posting messages to others on here.
It is difficult to try and sort this out amicably if they remain incommunicado. Most frustrating, disappointing and totally bewildering, to be honest. Grateful for any suggestions\assistance.
