Service 6 & MOT, & tow bar re- call
Have been critical of this dealer for sometime!
Having been persuaded to give them another go and a decent discount I bought a new service pack.
I was met at 8am left at 8:15am given a brand new discovery sport (that's another story. Very disappointed).
We agreed a £200 kitty for any minor work.
I arrived 5:15pm as agreed - no car- ready.
Service dept very apologetic - coffee supplied and time to play with an SE tech and FF.
Very thorough hand over then followed.
MOT - 2 advisorys Lower wish bone - ARB - slight deterioration - quite happy.
Then from the service slight play in front wheel bearing- quoted £506 for the wheel bearing - so will be shopping around.
Left quite happy as I feared the worse with the car being 6 years old!
Plus they'd given the a car a very good min in valet inside & out.
Overall - very pleased with the level of service and attention to detail.
A vast improvement from previous experiences.  Learning everyday!
