Disco arrived this morning
My new to me 2012 D4 HSE arrived this morning, obviously I can't wipe the smile off my face, especially as the missus is in China for a month, so I can concentrate on the cars
I bought it at auction, one owner with 60k and a full main dealer history, I have just bought a 3 year Warranty from WD, and haggled a lot (not like me at all) thanks to the site and everyone on it.
I understand now what people mean about how smooth the eight speed is, and I almost wet the bed when I pulled out of a junction and booted it, I know it does 0-60 in blah blah blah seconds, but it felt reallllly f in fast.....
Now just got to figure out how to tie seat position to key used.

You can't do this with a D4, you have to use the memory buttons on the door Cheers Ian

Thanks Dan, I realise that now, I have done some research, it was just when I went back to the car the seat had moved on its own so I thought it might have been tied to the key.
It did it again later with me sat in it when I turned the ignition off, it went to seat memory 2, so I have now set all the seat memories to the same as I will be the only driver.
After all it is a Land Rover

Cheers guys
I have been finding excuses all day to go out in it,
1. Took the dog to the park in Kenilworth for a walk.
2. Went to see a friend for coffee
3. Drove over to Land Rover Coventry and bought a new locking wheel nut key.
4. Back to Kenilworth to inspect some windows being fitted in one of my properties
5. Balsall Common for diesel
6. Drive around the lanes and over a couple of tracks owned by a friend to get it muddy
Now it is thoroughly filthy and looks great.
