I have a MY2008 SE and I went for blanking, although it will then turn on your EML, so you'll need some electronic trickery (emulator box also fitted to mine) to override the EML.
There are a few on here who can do it for you including the emulator, looking at approx £300, but then no more EGR worries  Iggy/Ieuan

Have a word with Geoff of this parish as he will be laying hands on
mine on Thursday next week to replace the rear upper suspension
arms and also, install a BAS map and patch to kill the EML.

My 2007 tdv6 has had the EGRs blanked and removed and the butterfly valve removed as well - I don't have an emulator, I just had the EGRs disabled when I had it remapped. 2007 D3 2.7 SE Automatic
