Not the (non)customer service number 0800 100600 but direct number 01274?

Unfortunately Depot manager and transport mangers gone home for weekend. Have a courier driver who thinks it is OK to leave our goods with a different company 1/2 mile away without leaving us a note! Third time this has happened so am not a happy bunny!

Had similar issue with DPD spoke to them on phone and got nowhere, so a quick post on social media got an apology from depot manager in no time at all
