I would definitely go for the 276C.....it seems a bit cheaper for UK customers as opposed to customers from the USA..... Whistle

If you set the locale on the top of the webpage to "United Kingdom - English" it shows the cost of the 276C as 0.00 GBP compared to 638.29 GBP for the 278.

I'm surprised DG didn't spot this one and arrange a group buy Laughing

I have used the 276C on many Moroccan trips and it's excellent. All my friends use this model too. I have a topographical map overlay for the Morocco and Western Sahara. Got me out of trouble many times in the middle of the night when navigating around mountains which I couldn't see but were on the GPS map. Buy the 276C!!!

This is where I downloaded the topographical (vector) overlay map:

http://www.island-olaf.de/travel/marokko/gps.html

Absolute life-saver. Seriously this got me out of trouble many many times. Especially at night time trying to get back to Merzouga from Remlia. My 'friend' in his battered Cayenne Turbo though it funny to do donuts and create the biggest dust cloud ever. I was following him and got completely side-tracked. Although the rest of the group told be their location coordinates over the CB, there was a series of small mountains in the way. Being pich-black I couldn't see how to get around them, but this topo-map steered me around them. The desert can be a very scarey place in the dark when you are all alone Crying or Very sad

Have decided and will be buying the 278 as it has europe loaded already and you gets the car kit included.

Managed to hammer them down to £599.00 Including the dreaded. Very Happy
