Anyone have any experience of dealing with/buying from Grange Land Rover of Welwyn Garden City please?2010 D4 HSE Ipanema Sand on GY DTs (was on GG ATs)

I am currently (paid today!) buying an MY16 Disco from them pick up next week.
Not a bad experience, my third Disco from that dealership though it changed to Grange only a couple of months ago.*now enjoying* D5 Namib Orange HSE 68

I cannot comment on the Sales department but just has a nightmare with the Service department, waiting for a reply to a three page e-mail I sent to the Head of Business today.

A catalogue of errors from minor to very concerning, I am waiting for a reply from them so will give them a right to reply before I go into details but I will be speaking to Land Rover and trading standards if they don't put matters right.
What was your experience?

Not to say too much in public, as I know they are still investigating, but suffice to say I had to contact Landrover UK to get my situation resolved. My feeling is the communication within the dealership between service and management isn't great.*now enjoying* D5 Namib Orange HSE 68

Toni, I had a reply from the DP which was insulting to say the least.
So will be taking it further, my main complaint is that I believe I was given false information to persuade me to authorise work which wasn't necessary, they also didn't keep to the verbal quote.
On top of that the car was returned with minor damage.
Who at Land Rover have you complained to?

I complained via the Landrover Facebook page. Once I'd complained to them it was sorted out and the DP agreed to pay me for what had happened in less than 2 hours...I'd been waiting 2 weeks up to that point even for a reply.*now enjoying* D5 Namib Orange HSE 68
