more suspension going down woes

i have posted this recently, over a 100 views but no advice, i have a disco3 2005 the suspension goes down over night on drivers side and by the end of the day its all down, any ideas please, i have read alot here and think we all need a clever person to make a suspension bible similar the the great brake one by bodsy bones1.
