EPB failure and noise

Hi all,

Been looking on here at the advice for a while now and found some fantastic and useful stuff!

Sorry about another EPB failure message but I have trawled through a few of them on here and tried the fixes but I cannot seem to get anything to work. Have tried stripping down and adjusting brakes, going through reset procedures and no joy.

The EPB stuck on and had to pull the emergency release to be able to move again. I have now been left with the noise that is in the recording linked below and nothing seems to work to reset it.

Just wondered if anybody had come across this and had a fix short of replacing the module, at several hundred pounds its a risky "lets see if this works".

Anybody got any advice?
