Rear LH door wont unlock

When it rains it pours, another day, another problem, arrrg, oh well it is a land rover!

So rear door won't unlock, locks ok. It won't unlock manually from the inside either and child lock is off any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If it is a new door lock assembly can anyone recommend an independent in the south east or essex to fit one. I looked on here and it looks far to fiddly to do myself
