Loving the Landmark! Need mud flaps
Just about a couple of weeks into my (ahem, my wife's) disco and loving it.
I've had some brand new metal over the years including a Cayenne and 911 and this thing ranks right up there, certainly way better than my old Cayenne.
I have a 6 month old BMW 530d which is my daily drive - and my wife was getting worried that I had stolen her car. I didn't let her drive it for the first two days. I've treated the beemer to a full valet since and I'm feeling a little bit of love for it again.
I'm amazed by the speed of the thing, I've not had it on a motorway yet but ripping around town and country like Lord of the manor, every other motor on the road diving out of the way.
Someone mentioned mud flaps to me, as in I'll need them and I can see why. The side steps are filthy and I can see that it's spray from the front tyres.
I want OEM, any idea how much a main dealer will charge to supply and fit or can I buy OEM cheaper online and fit myself? If it's simply screwing into pre-drilled holes I'm sure I can manage that - anything more technical and I'll get the dealer to do it

Fitting is a doddle, all existing points, unscrew for flap refit screw. Don't pay for it to be done.2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

I'm not sure if you have rails or steps fitted but check that whichever ones you buy, they are shaped to accommodate any that 'are' fitted, otherwise, you'll be using a stanley knife!
Front ones are great and really help keep mud and spray down off the car side.
I never bothered with the rear ones as I thought they spoilt the look of the rear.

And as far as I am aware, if you have a D4 with the black unpainted wheel arches and rear bumper, they take the older D3 rear mudflaps.....2016 Discovery 4 Commercial
