Hi All, just sold my 2010 D4 2.7, heartbreaking to see it go but sold it privately to a guy who I think/hope will give it a good home. Had it for 3.5 years did around 15k per year and it never missed a beat, only routine servicing and always sailed through its MOT. Been without it for around 10 days now and really miss the practicality of it especially for transporting our two large dogs. Two pics of our D4 attached.
Looked at other D4's but decided to downsize to a recent LR Approved used auto Freelander SD4 Auto, we run a RRS too so hopefully we will see some financial savings with the Freelander.
Recommended DISCO4.COM to the new owner.
If all goes well with the Freelander, plan to replace our RRS with a late D4 in around 12 months time, as I am sure we will miss the practicality of the Disco.

Tell me about it saw a nice D4 today out of the blue on my travels. Very tempted but equally the RRS still puts a smile on my face every time I drive it so it won't be going anywhere just yet. Missing the D4 will have to overcome the feel good factor of the RRS. Tbh suspect it may be the Freelander which will go before the RRS.

Yep true although the 2012D4 is my company car which I have never got attached to as much as our own D4 we just sold. Can't tow with it and only transport our dogs in it in 'emergencies' (no cages fitted so chewing always a worry)never gets used for the family things like our own cars do.
Also hate the rotary selector and flappy paddles of the co car.
