Accessing settings on a GS

I've tried following the handbook to access the settings on my GS (pressing "i" on the stalk but no matter what I do I can't get settings on the display. Its not the "i" button as the trip computer comes up ok. I want to deactivate the speed locking and follow me home lights.
Is there a secret to this or something I'm missing ?

If fitted, it only comes up when stationary.

Great video and maybe worth it just to get cruise control. I know the manual refers to useing the wheel controls to alter settings but I can't even get "settings" to display on the dash for starters
