Just had the misfortune of calling the Cheltenham dealership only to be put through to a call centre that 'tried' to handle my enquiry.
What a bunch of ! They were more interested in updating their records for marketing purposes than they were in my enquiry. And the final straw came when, despite asking them for X, they insisted that I needed Y. So I put the phone down!!!
I used to rate Stratstone when you could speak to one of the service guys on the front desk. But if I'm to be put through to a call centre from now, my time there is done!!!

Had the same issue last week.
After ringing Cheltenham directly got put through to central.
Refused to talk to them - rang back to Cheltenham.
Finally spoke to service, to be told that my service plan needed topping up to cover
The 7 year service.
After a brief rant - threat of Legal action for mis-selling etc.
Service booked - I am sure this won't be straight forward.
Shame after the last service was great.Learning everyday!

Central or dealer. I find stratstone utterly useless for everything sadly
