Hi CairnsDosco,
To my mind, all D/LR3 are fitted as a standard with underbody protection.
I've looked on mine (French TDV6 HSE), and Engine, gearbox and transfert box are all protected by a 3 mm steel plate.
Are you looking for the Gas Tank protection or something like that ? If so, i know that N4 does 8 mm aluminium plate for underbody protection.

The gearbox has a plastic 'plate' covering it. the transfer box has no protection, however its tucked up out of the way. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

I just finished fitting the Rasta front plate and gearbox/transfer plate. Very beefy aluminum with nice features like cutouts for bushing fittings, etc. Coverage is from bottom bumper bolts to gearbox support bar with a flanged part that covers up the rest of the gearbox past the support bar.
Not exactly straightforward install though and the directions leave a lot to be desired. PM me if that's the way you go and want some guidance. For my installation a drill, grinder & torque wrench were req'd. Even drive-up front lifts were needed because the gearbox plate cannot be installed with the vehicle on axle stands.
FYI, the transfer bar bolts need to be retorqued to 60nm (44 ft-lb). And you'll probably need a breaker bar to get them loose to begin with.

I have chosen the full Rasta Kit (including sills) and made it installed by a french preparation garage (Technoraid). I assisted to the installation and it's very difficult to do it yourself without true garage material: impossible with simple axle, you need access (lift) to screw plates, high hydraulic axle (FACOM) to fit some plates before screwing them, as they don't exactly fit to existing holes....
If needed, I have some pictures...
The kit is very efficient (8mm alloy) and you feel much more comfortable !
I'm searching for protection for the rear underpart (fuel tank, rear gearbox,...) and found some others plates with N4.
Rgds.
