GUASTO SISTEMA MOTORE, a volte ritorna.....
dopo un buon periodo di ottimo funzionamento il Disco si è risvegliato con la solita anomalia a display, da una lettura degli errori sono comparsi i seguenti errori:

consigli? credo che l'errore bloccante sia quello relativo ad una tensione elevata, ma sinceramente non saprei cosa guardare. PS: anche gli altri mi infastidiscono alquanto.......-Remap (230 cv)

Controlla la posizione delle egr con l'iid tool, se le hai bloccate devono essere fisse al 5%. E comunque andrebbero anche tappate fisicamente e rimossa la valvola butterfly all'aspirazione sui 2008- Easy-Lift suspension module 4.0

Esatto, domani controllo con lo strumento, la valvola Butterfly dove si trova di preciso? Occorrono tappi o flange per eliminarla? I tappi x le egr li ho.
Una info in più, l'errore esce a macchina non calda o dopo poco l'avviamento, il fumo quando entra in coppia.-Remap (230 cv)

La butterfly si trova all'ingresso della Y sul collettore d'aspirazione appena prima degli sfiati delle egr, se cerchi nella sezione inglese c'è tutto- Easy-Lift suspension module 4.0

side, ho trovato tutto, il dubbio è che non ho rimappato con il kit BAS ma da un preparatore della zona che ha bloccato solamente le EGR (e mi aveva detto di non rimuoverle ma non so il perchè), secondo te eliminare fisicamente le tre valvole può creare problemi? altro dubbio: se per ora tolgo solo la butterfly (ho poco tempo da dedicare al disco ed è il lavoro più rapido) ma lascio in sede le egr che rimuoverò al più presto, mando in tilt qualcosa?

Le egr non vanno rimosse ma tappate, inoltre il sistema deve sentire che sono attaccate e funzionanti anche se ne è inibito il movimento, ha lo stesso problema anche il v8 3,6 del RRS e serve tapparle.

Oggi ho aperto il cofano per togliere la Butterfly e sorpresa! Tubo intercooler controllato una settimana prima con un taglio di 5 cm.... Non avendo un tubo ho fatto alla pano e ho nastrato e fascettato. Ho comunque rimosso la valvola e con il "tapullo" ora il disco non fuma più....-Remap (230 cv)
