| Discovery launch events at Dealers |

Got an email this morning from LR asking if I wanted to book onto a launch event at a dealership.
You select your region then a date/time.
Unfortunately the earliest I could get was 11th December

There is only a handful of cars doing dealership tours, I'm booked in for 16th November, LR say 16:30 - 20.00 but dealer says 14.00 - 22.00, they are getting one car a 2.0 SD4 HSE. I'll have to try and get the time off. 23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

Apparently there is one on show next weekend (23rd Oct) at the Trafford Centre.

So... my e-mail invitation arrived at 2003hrs yesterday evening several hours after my PC was turned off.
I have been out most of today but logged in this afternoon and followed the link to book my preview.
Unfortunately my closest dealer, Harwoods of Basingstoke, is previewing today... my next closest dealer Hunters of Guildford previewed yesterday...
Looks like I will have to try to get into one or other of the next closest dealers but they're not previewing until 22 and 23 November - then again, perhaps I just won't bother.

I received an email weeks ago with a link to the LR website which lists all the available preview events, selected my dealer and received an email the following day to confirm. 23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

I put a deposit down for one last April, and so far just received an e mail a week ago asking if I was ready to finalise my specs! Having purchased a variety of Discos, Defenders and RRS' over the last 20 years, that's the total of communication from the dealer since then.
I'm toying with the idea of retrieving the deposit and going for a BMW 3 or 5 series estate .

While I am at it I think I will complain that they have done away with the split tailgate and the leather seats in the base models probably won't be as comfortable as in the HSE Lux version.
Bet they have changed the tyre sizes so that you can't get ATRs for it too.
I don't suppose there will be as many cup holders as the D3 had either.

What are the tyre sizes for the D5?

On one of the photo, the tire was 285/40 R22, thus:
275/55 R19
275/50 R20 LR D3 S Black, Auto TDV6
