They are a two part clip and very hard to part without breaking them ,vid below is for a freelander but same principle applies. Thumbs Up

i got a clip and receiver bit and tried to push them together off the trim to test them and still couldn't push them together

got them off ebay and expect there just a cheap copy, was just wondering where the best place to source them from and if anyone has used a place and they were ok please

Trying to get them to click together off the trim is very hard to do, they click together with a shock like tactic on the video, end of his fist. When trying to get them off the odd one or three usually break Big Cry so a good stock to hand would be a good idea to have, the wheel arch trim clips are the same.

Try to get the two halves together then insert in the trim and then line the yellow ends up with the holes and Shock them in as the video that worked for me, got mine from the bay but mine where already together as in both parts sorry unable to remember vendor. And Yep as you are finding out are a right Censored pain. Thumbs Up

know what u mean though by using a fist , but could feel the plastic bending

did give it what for mind

it was on the off chance someone had bought some so i could get them from there as well

thks guys and most appreciated

new clips turned up

thought of an easier way so there's no risk of damaging the trim ,

i've put the clips together by putting the two ends together then a socket over the top, with a gentle tap with a rubber hammer they clicked together ,

put the whole clips onto the back of the trim , will then remove all the old clips on the door then simply push the trim onto the door

so i'm not going to risk cracking the trim when i thump it on

why i didn't do it like that i don't know,

but just wished to say a massive thks, good clips Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

will put the trim in when it stops bloody raining
