It's a scam...any advert which shows a mobile number or email address within the body of the advert is normally a scam... they do this in order for you to do the deal off the primary site..
When you ring them they will normally offer to ship the car to you as it is elsewhere initially...normally invite you to pay via an escrow account....

You will be gobsmackingly amazed how many educated people throw reason out of the window when they are in a rush to grab a bargain....greed takes over....
Some people when confronted will just not believe they have been had....only in the cold light of day do they finally admit it to themselves!
