middle head rest removal?

Hello

Is it possibe to remove the middle seat's head rest...? I had a quick attempt and could manage it, i could only adjust the height...

Any thoughts please?

On the support opposite the one with the obvious button, theres another recessed button. I use the key to push it in, but I need to because I've got fat fingers.
