Hello
Anybody heard when the Discovery 5 will be on display in South Wales?
Or have I missed it, only asking as Stratstone's are a bit vague.

Just seen that is showcases at Hunters Chester on 22nd Nov. I've not been invited, despite having placed a deposit on one since last April, and having purchased a myriad of LR products over the years.

They were coming down the A449 yesterday at about 8.30 2 grey ones a orange one then another popped out of the service assumed they were going to Newport  Discovery 3 se gone
Range rover sport supercharged here:)

Been to see it today, nice but definitely aimed at a slightly different market than the D4.
Stratstone didn't fail to live up to their uninterested selves, none of the salesmen approached us the whole time we were there which was about an hour.
Which considering we have bought 5 cars off them in the last 14yrs seemed about right.
Admittedly our D4 was the dirtiest in the car park and I had parked it right outside the door. They must of missed it.
Nice food though, although the catering was brought in.
D5 an optimistic 1
Stratstone a resounding nil

Event complete at Hunters Chester, and complete silence from them despite having £1000 deposit from me from last April, and having spent circa £250k with them in the past.
I'll be asking for my deposit back tomorrow. Absolutely amazing that no one could lift the phone or e mail to say come down and have a look.

stockport and leeds were much better to deal with.

I was there and agree, looks like rather a different car. No doubt the functionality is there but the style ... want to get the kids on board.
Strange how the only vehicle on exhibit was a LHD version!
Team were very helpful but did hint that delivery date rather uncertain.
Alarmed that the LR4 no longer in production.... so bought one there and then 6m old example w 9k and well spec'd.
V pleased. Now got to do something w the 20" wheels.... Disco4, BMW1200RT,
and Volvo XC70 estate (when my wife has the LR) also 2008 series Yellow Labrador
