You should already have a heated clock spring in place on a 64 plate car so you would need a switch pack available from Dan at Duckworth parts.
You can use your steering wheel paddles and the steering wheel would need to be enabled using an iid tool. Not as daunting as it sounds and there are many people on here that can do this for you 2003 BMW M5- 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

Probably a stupid question, but..........
The heated wheels have a small switch to turn them on/of - does this come with that switch, as my current wheel doesn't have one?
For info, I'm driving a 2015 Discovery......
Thanks

You would need to swap the right hand switch pack for one same as in the photo, but it would need to be the correct year for your car, and also check you have the right rotary coupling behind the steering wheel with the heated wiring connections
Hope that helps.

The only date label I can find is on the heated wheel ECU is saying MY14 as per the pic below. There are lots of other part numbers on it but I have no idea what they relate to. Maybe others on here can help
It doesn't come with the heated switch pack. You can swop your paddles over to use

I believe the code starting EH22 on the wheel indicates MY14 the key letter being the E. D4 parts started with an A for MY10 and so on. But the part code isnt necessarily changed each year unless the part has been changed in some way. So you could have a part with a code starting A on a MY12 car. This is what i gleaned from my research on switch packs when upgrading a steering wheel a while back. It may be correct, partly right or complete bobbins
