I have just been quoted the price of $680 USD per rim for the LR 18" Rims. So that would be $3,400 + Tax + cost of tires + mounting = I am certainly not an expert but 680/rim seems a bit over the top.
What do you folks think?

Used 18" rims with servicable tyrestend to go for £200-£300 for 4 in the UK , so $600 tops? About $300 for shipping? There'd be import duty too, but still cheaper than the whammy your dealer is trying on. No idea if there is any market in used 18" LR wheels in the US I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Will have a full set of 5 available from the second week in November.
All with approx 6mm of tread on. No wheels are scratched or kerbed. Some laquer is starting to discolour on a couple of wheels, but they look good when clean.
Will post a link once on ebay.

It maybe cheapper to just get the rims and get the tyres in the US as the weight of the tyres will add alot to the cost of P&P to the US.
