For 19" rims I'd recommend the Land Rover branded Pirelli Scorpion ATR 255 55 19. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
2010 D4 HSE (A bit bling)-GONE
2014 D4 HSE (Almost too bling)-GONE
2015 D4 HSE (A heated what?)-GONE
2016 D4 Landmark (Written Off)-GONE
2016 D4 Landmark (Surely the last!) PD1881 rims-GONE
2017 FFRR SDV8 Autobiography (now semi-retired)

If you do less road miles and more off road, the Goodyear Duratrac would be my choice. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Everyone will recommend what they have.
There are lots of threads on this on here, and it's worth reading a lot of them to increase your awareness. The answer is twofold.
Firstly: it doesn't really matter. Most modern all-terrain tyres are good for on-road grip and off-road traction, so you're unlikely to maker a bad choice.
Second: the details of which will be best for you depend on your usage. Winter? Summer? On road? Wet roads? Deep water? Ice? Snow? Mud? Compacted snow? How much of each? Then pick a compound that is optimal for most of the conditions (winter or summer). Decide if you need a snowflake marking (winter or all-season tyre). Then a tread pattern that suits you - more aggressive = better traction in slippy stuff, which trades off against poorer traction on wet roads and noise. And finally, when you've narrowed it down technically, pick the one that you think complements the look of your vehicle. It's worth learning tp read the EU markings on the tyres which give a lot of this info in standard format, too.
Or, pick one of GG AT3, BFG AT, Goodyear Duratrac, the Pirelli's, or something from Cooper. Others are also suitable. I run BFG ATs on 18s, as I wanted more depth for expedition work and reliability off road with good on-road manners, winter capable, relatively low noise and reasonable wet performance.
