Had one of those from Stratstone at Preston Farm when mine was last in. Wondered what it was when I received the e email from them.
Just replaced the front pads today that they highlighted, they did quote me £237 to replace them for me, which I declined.

Yes I had one last week. Very slick service. It's good to actually see what they are talking about rather than taking there word for it.
