I have tried cancelling the repeat prescription. I took them in to the pharmacist who told me they would only bin them - I now have enough inhalers to see me out.

Bloody couriers again, DPD this time. I needed to get something sent, not massively urgent so picked their 2 day service. Booked, paid, and took the item to their local pickup point ( a local newsagents) at 11:30 on the 30th June. Checked their tracing app, and at 2pm on the 1st July and it says my parcel is now at the pickup point. I know it is as I took it there the day before!!!
Now at 1pm on the 2nd it says we have your parcel and it’s on it’s way. Great, but shouldn’t it be being delivered today ??

My first ‘near miss’ with a on an electric scooter.
The chavs opposite have bought their kid (aged about 9) an electric scooter. Typical of them it looked like it wasn’t cheap going by the packaging.
Later in day I went to get bins in from end of drive. me, they shot past in a blur of speed on the pavement (our side of road, not even their own side), no helmet, etc. If that’s 15mph then deaths or serious injury are not ‘likely’ but inevitable…..

Westbound on the M4 in Wales this evening and see three police vehicles travelling at speed in the other direction. Ooh, I wonder what's going on thinks I.
A few seconds later a in a Focus RS passes me at about 100mph in a shower of stones on the hard shoulder, fishtailing all over the place.
