Replaced alternator and can't get Aux Belt on!
Hello,
My alternator went so I have replaced; however, I have replaced the belt and both tensioners at the same time.
I can't seem to get the belt back on! rahhh
I have both tensioners installed and the use a large screw driver to push the large tensioner to the left. I can't seem to get enough force and therefore can't put the belt around the alternator pulley.
I will buy a larger screw driver tomorrow; it's already pretty large.
I have spent a few hours huffing and puffing about methods...
any ideas??

You need to use a 3/8 ratchet and put it in the square at the top of the tensioner Wanted D4s non runners pm for competitive price.
