Any recommendations?

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and thinking of buying a Disco 3. I am based close to London.

Can anyone recommend a dealer? I am close to Harwoods Croydon, but when I asked for a test drive, the car I specifically asked to see had "gone out" by the time I arrived and they didn't seem very keen to help with a potential purchase!

So I was not overly impressed.

Hi OP welcome if I read correctly you are looking at a D3 , Harwoods and other main dealer would very unlikely to stock a D3 now due to the fact that an 3 will be over 8 years old as Moo has on here is a good place to start Thumbs Up Land Rover 90 - deceased Sad

Ah forgive me. I meant the runout model of the old disco. I have seen quite a few graphite models on the used web-site. But I am interested in buying one from a dealership which has good customer service. As I mentioned in my original post, I wasn't particularly impressed by Harwoods. They didn't really seem to want to make a sale.[/list]

Guy Salmon at Aylesford and Beadles at Sidcup seem to get good reviews. I found the sales experience at Guy Salmon Portsmouth good for a new vehicle.

Less impressed by sales experience at Guy Harwood Pulborough. Didn't buy and would need very good reason to put business there way.
