I bent a metal strip off an old wiper blade, the one that holds the rubber in place on a traditional wiper into a hair clip shape, it just clips under the bung to hold it in.It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Pushed in by hand they feel/look as if they are home BUT they are not ! it needs a good clout, I have just put mine back in today and had to use a hammer to get it fully home.
That's the way I have always pushed them home and haven't lost one in the last eleven years.
