D3 in the snow (Switzerland)
Merry Christmas
I am currently in Villars in Switzerland and it is dumping it down with snow, i have been out in the car with the terrain response set on snow the roads have about 4-6 inch on them and this car is awesome in the snow, terrain response is fantastic it sets the whole car up for this kind of conditions, I have tried to make it slip and slide but it wont.
Anyway off to play with the D3 in the snow
ps the 651 mile journey here was great the car just ate up the miles
had a scary moment when the fuel computer went from 50 miles range to 0 range in 10-15 miles, had to run the car on 0 range for about 10 miles, we made it to a fuel station thanks to the sat nav...wife wasnt happy though

Got mine in the snow today in the Peak District, probably not as much snow as Switzerland though!
The fuel computer is very optimistic. Mine went from 130 miles to 20 in about 10m the other day, then took 80 litres to fill.
I have noticed that the trip computer memory only runs for 1000 miles then resets. I dont think this is enough for it to work out accurate tank range.
