deflated air springs - wont re-inflate *problem solved*

Hi All,
So this morning i decided to change the rubber gator on one of the rear air spring units as it had a small tear.
I put the car in access mode then deflated air springs and also deflated the air reservoir (via a nanocom).

Changed the gator, put it all back together, started up and now have a permanent error which is stopping the compressor running to pressurise the system.

I clear the faults logged and they immediately come back.

Before this - no issues, no faults (on this bit) and everything working fine.

I didn't disconnect or dislodge any electrical or air tube etc - simply replaced the gator on the air spring.

Faults logged that wont go away,
C1A00 Control Module (Permanent)- (never seen this one before)
U0421 invalid data received from ride level control module Pending

The car is currently sat on the bump stops.

Is there a special way to re initialise the system after a total deflation?

Any suggestions would be great please as i need to use the car asap - thanks.

iidTool has this function to "re enable" the air suspension, so also the nanocom should have it
 - Easy-Lift suspension module 4.0
- GoodWinch 9500 lb
- Full underbody protections
- Tree/Rock sidebars
- Prospeed roofrack & ladder
- Compressor guard
- Raised Air Intake
- Driving lights (2+4)
- 50 mm Waffle boards
- Altox Heater control
- Overland Rooftop Tent
- Rear seats entertainment
- Front & Rear camera
- GVIF
- Removable tow bar
- Cubby box fridge
- BFG KO2 265/65R17
- iidTool BT

The IID has the ability to pressurise any bag, even with faults locked in. I'm not sure what options the Nanocom can offer in this situation. The IID started life as an air suspension control tool so it has more native capability than the Nanocom or dealer SDD.

Perhaps there is a suitably-equipped IID owner nearby that could help you. You could also try the support team at BBS.

Annoying the deflate procedure, then locks the system out and puts the red light on. (on IID)

which is scary when you have finished the job and go to start the car up again.

You have to re-enable the ecu before it will go back to normal

Thanks guys - panic over.

I had run "eas enable" but it didn't seem to do anything when i did it initially, in anycase, i fiddled about, with clearing faults, checking the fuses and relay (manually operating the relay to check the compressor started) all seemed ok.

Went back to nanocom and ran the deflate air bag again (there was some air still in there - strange), then back to re-enable eas and this time the compressor kicked in.

So all good now, back up to pressure. I'm not sure why re-enable didn't work first time but it did eventually.

Thanks again guys for the quick response - i must admit, panic set in a bit (wasn't looking forward to telling the wife we had to use her car this afternoon).
