How many brake pad sensors are there?
Had all my wheels off today to check why 'check brake pads' warning was up on dash.
All pads are fine, but I could only find one sensor and wire leading to one caliper on the front and one on the rear
Is this right?

You can easily check sensor is ok, unplug and short with a bit of wire, or measure resistance of sensor

I lived with the same warning for a year, maybe a short somewhere. Replacing the sensors didn't help me.
In the end I followed a guide on here to disable them. Same with the 'bonnet open' warning.
Best of luck, false positives are a bit tedious.
