Heads up guys
Had my annual breakdown cover come in the post and it has gone up to £151
So we do a quick search on line and the same "recovery plus cover " is £79
So I call em and it's because they are doing 40%off at the moment
Moral is if you want cover great time to get the green flag option who by the way are superb
If you are already with them and about to renew get on the phone they will price match your renewal down to the £79

Always haggle for any insurance product (breakdown, car etc), car service quote, utility charges, broadband, car prices, tyres etc etc.
If you can haggle then haggle. Don't be typically British Visitor from fullfatrr.com

Green Flag are a great breakdown service, they will take you anywhere you want with a caravan as well if need be, we have unlimited cover as many breakdowns as we get per year.

Got mine several years ago 'free' with a Nationwide bank account, along with phone insurance and travel insurance. Not had to use the phone insurance but the travel insurance was great when hospitalised in Tenerife last year. Yeasterday was my 1st need of the breakdown cover. No problems with being recovered from home to my preferred Indy, 25 miles away. Cant see the point of paying over the odds for the separate insurances.....
I also had it free with the other stuff on our bank account but it's only basic cover and don't cover the caravan
Plus they charged me after the initial free period
The monthly payment was more than having top cover with green flag
Never go abroad it's getting like the UK it's full of foreigners
