Funnily enough less than 2 yards from our new front door is a little manhole with BTOPENWORLD on it.
So it may be weeks!!
Sending the router to my old address is just classic.
No answer on the mergency number too.

Ah BT openreach.....
Moved to my current house with the telephone exchange 3 doors down ( big street 3 houses and the exchange) only took 3 months to connect me and the line was live when we moved in.
