S.O.S. rumore in accensione solo a freddo

Quando accendo la macchina a freddo (e non sempre) si sente un rumoraccio che dura circa 1 secondo provenire da sotto, lato guida. sembra ferraglia. Sono andato dal meccanico, ma non potendo lasciargliela abbiamo provato ma essendo calda non lo ha fatto. Aiutatemi
