tricky one...

Hi all,

Someone on here must know the anser to this one.

I understand there is some sort of cooling off period from taking possesion of your new landrover. Ie. Within the first 14 days, if its not for you, you can just take it back.

Is this true? And does it apply to approved used vehicles from a landrover dealer??

Thanks

All Approved Used Land Rovers have a 30 day exchange policy, no refund but an exchange for same or higher value.

Are you having problems?

You have 30 days or up to 1000miles in which you can exchange for another vehicle,I believe, this is for approved used vehicles from a LR dealer.

No problem........

I am swapping the D3 for a pretty special defender, good lady less than enthusiastic! If i can tewll her that she has the first thirty days to decide then that might sweeten her up a bit.

Hope you have better luck than I did with my 110. I like Defenders but compared to a D3 it is like stepping back in time.

I always find having a spare tatty old series 3 on the drive scratches the 'real Land Rover' itch and makes me appreciate the D3. At the time I bought my D3, had it not been for my motorway miles - I'd have probably gone for the new Defender. Since driving the D3 though - I'm glad I chose it.

Spot on Thumbs Up
Now how do I get rid of that scruffy stinky old SIII that's littering my driveway??
Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!

Give it to me Laughing

No, but really the best £700 Shocked I have ever spent was on my Series 3 and it has already paid for itself in Very Happy Very Happy per £

Cairns, you are right the Defender has a certain must have about it, a friend of mine has just got a 90, safety devices cage/rack, winch, etc etc and it gets loads of looks.
 Captain Nick Medhurst would ask:
"What is the first rule when overlanding?"

I would Reply:
"Duratrac"
