Most comfortable sleeping mat?
Hi to all you seasoned LR campers...as title, can anybody recommend a really comfy sleeping mat (single as well as double)?

I use one of these which is great because although it's essentially a thick air mattress, the inclusion of down within it means that you can use it all year around without it getting cold. It will also roll down enough for backpacking. You have to use the built in pump to inflate it so the moisture in your breath doesn't make the internal down damp.
The comfiest, warmest night you'll ever have on a mountain top, but still comfy enough to use out of the back of the Disco.
Having gone from a hardcore 3/4 length Thermarest, I'd not use anything else.D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten

Agree with the Alpkit stuff...great value for money and rolls up fairly compact (although you certainly wouldn't backpack it!)

Thanx guys. We've been looking @ the Outwell Dreamboat (where do they get these names?) and others. But wanted to try before we buy. Most things are sold on line now - need to find a camping supplier near us...Communication is the breakfast of champions...
