Freelander 2 Bluetooth

Hi all i have a D4 screen to my D3 is it poss that the F/L 2 Bluetooth module will work in my D3 or will i have to get a D4 one cheers.

Better graphics/colours it has a phone screen that you can use also you can have the radio interface on it Thumbs Up Discovery 3 se gone
Range rover sport supercharged here:)
