For sale section
OK, so new to the site due to new-to-me D4. Learning lots of information and have already bought some parts via PM on this site, been laning and hence broken some parts, bought some more parts, have some old parts to sell.
Tried to sell old parts on the forum but I need 25 posts. Only have 12. What to do. I don't know enough to contribute technically. Added a couple to General Discussion. Up to 16... I could add a couple of thumbsup, maybe a "what he said" or "I agree" or maybe a bit of thread resurrection. Desperately searching for threads that I can make a useful contribution to.
I know why you need the rule, but it's a pain. Just saying (and getting an additional post in the process, now 17).

Aha, didn't know you could buy an ad!
The prompt when you try to sell stuff just says "Please note that you need to have made 25 posts (you have 17 posts) and have been a member for 30 days before you may post in this forum. You can ask for an exemption but must do this first."
I'll admit there is a link to read the site rules in full but then who actually reads these. It's like reading software licenses or the T&C for both Amazon and Paypal.
Ta,
Ian. (Now back to 17 )
PS. Edited to add that I am now reading the full rules...

Sorry the prompt is not clear, this was changed but has apparently reverted to the old text. Will be updated.
