FBH test query

Hi All

Don’t think my FBH is working, it has been freezing a few mornings this week, plenty of diesel but no smell, no smoke, nothing.

Is there any way that I can test it or confirm whether it is working or not?

As an aside, read the wiki about it and mine also appears to have the red wire - not sure what this will do for me but thought I’d mention it.

Thanks in advance.

Easiest way to check it's actually doing anything is to start the car and open the bonnet.. you'll hear/feel the pump working away. You can also feel warm air coming out of the FBH exhaust under the car at the front.

I think the cheapest way to diagnose is to buy the lead from the forum shop https://www.disco3.co.uk/shop/fbh-diagnost...v-p66.html a usb to OBD lead from ebay, and then install the Webasto software onto a laptop. (Unless you've got an iid or something similar)
