They are great fun, I just want mine back and working, really can't do with the hassle of it going back and forth to the dealer. This is probably LR's last chance with me. All my D3's had issues albeit minor.2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

The one plus point is that more miles are being put on the RR, while your defender is being repaired. The defender has far more presence, on the road than many modern vehicles today.1960 Morris Minor

Its very quick and showing 28mpg on a hard run.
I also have a SL350 Merc , but the RRS leaves it behind 1960 Morris Minor

The RRS weighs less than the FFRR.
Also the RRS is mostly on the motorway, at 75-80 mph, and is showing 28mpg.

Ah, now you say. Motorway at 75-80 to get 28mpg is fair enough. But hardly qualifies as hard use We don't have motorways round here, so 20mpg is on rural and single-carriageway A-roads.Discovery 3 TDV6 5-Seat

No, JohnC, they are long linear car parks for people who don't want to be any where near where they are parked. Usually three lines of stationary vehicles, but when moving (slowly) the centre line goes slowest. Advantage is that you can park on some for 6 hours without payment, but you do have to stay in the car. Most users multitask on their mobile phone. They also close a lot. There are attendants in vehicles known as HA who ensure the lines don't make too much progress, and helpfully sit in their vehicles, observing.
A2006 D3 finally swapped for a 2016 D4 Graphite in Graphite grey. No mods

I've heard of such things in legend and local folklore. Apparently there's one called the M6 that's guarded by a large Troll!2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +
