I've installed the software and have tried to diagnose the problem but all i get is WTT Initialisation box and then nothing.
Any advice please  Discovery3 TDV6 GS

I have the same error. Fuel pump is getting delivered tomorrow and now I have to ferret around underneath in this weather to change it. I hope it fixes it!

I always find that if you plug the laptop in and then pull the fbh fuse in the engine bay for 10 seconds first it always connects up first time.

Where do you get the lead from, I bought one of eBay a few years ago it could never get it to work

what lead do I need to connect to the shop one?
I have a VW kka USB to diag lead is this one ok?
what have you guys bought that works
and where do I get the software is it still on the webasto site?
