£5k deposit allowance.

On a new D5. I received an email from Westover LR today. I've not read all the small print:

£5,000 FINANCE DEPOSIT ALLOWANCE* ON A NEW DISCOVERY.

The all new Land Rover Discovery is beautifully proportioned with a strong and athletic stance. With off road capability at its heart, the optional Terrain Response 2 system monitors driving conditions and automatically selects the best driving mode suited to the conditions. The Discovery takes towing capability to a whole new level with a capacity of 3,500kg and a suite of features to make towing effortless.

Book your test drive today.

There is a Land Rover deal for all the models, I received it a few weeks ago and I as far as I can remember the largest deal was for Ewok's

It’s interesting that there should be sufficient unsold cars, ready to register, when LR’s official line is that they “only build to order”. It illustrates that their idea of an “order” is an order from the dealer (either for a customer, or to sit in the dealer’s own stock), rather than an end user every time.

Did Westover offer deals on other LR’s, or was it just the ‘5?

My local dealer is only offering £1.5k off the price of the D5.

£10k towards a RR from westover, £6.5k for a RRS but according to their website it’s only £2.5k for the D5.
