I think he's busy rebuilding servers.
Given the history of how calendars are produced my own view is that unless Martin has a surprise rabbit to pull out of his hat it's cutting it fine to get a calendar produced in time for 2018.
I hope not as i am Miss January 2018 if there was another on sale you would have thrown me away The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;

I have had a thought
IF there is sufficient demand for a 2018 edition I am happy to co-ordinate getting one off to print next week, it will be a late arrival but should still make it people for Christmas in the UK at least.
