Wire identifier.
Hi everyone, I've got a few wires and sensors under the hood that i'm trying to ID.
First is a sensor that I found hanging loose behind the right headlight fixture. There is also one on the left but it seems to be in better condition and is actually attached. I can't really see where the right one should be attached. Anyone know what it does and where it is supposed to go?
Second is a sensor that is attached to a black wire that is in turn attached to the positive battery terminal. What does the black wire and the sensor do?
Thirdly, I have up to 6 wires attached to the positive battery terminal. I assume one is to the alternator, one to the body control unit and there are 4 others, all red apart from the black one I've mentioned above. Are they standard? Any ideas about what they might do?
Thanks in anticipation.

First one could be smog sensor (I think it was smog, not fitted to all models).
Is the second connected to a sensor? It could be the battery monitor or if it’s connected to a blanking plug, it could be the wire for the transit relay (removed when prepped for sale).
Lastly, three of those wires are after market, are there spot lights or any extra non LR kit fitted? Rear screens etc??012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)
