FBH going but not getting hot! Help!

Another Censored FBH post Big Cry

When I fire up my FBH (with remote) it starts humming and I can hear the fuel pump ticking. It keeps going but exhaust is not getting hot and neither is the car. FBH works fine after driving for some time...
Does it need a cleaning or what could possibly be wrong?
