Engine gone or just one injector?

Hi there, any thoughts on the following injectors offset readings? Rough idle and rpm between 760-820. Is it the injector No3 that died so No4 is compensating? While driving the engine all of a sudden started sounding rough, lost power and started producing black smoke at the back. Car is 2005 Discovery 3 with 50k on refurbished engine.

humm. If one cylinder has lost compression, you would get a fault code saying offset at maxium (or similar words).

Strange, no faults apart from P0405-00 Exhaust gas recirculation sensor A - circuit low

So, swapped the injector 4 for a new one and still have knocking noise but now white smoke.
Any wisdom on the nise in the video? Is it bearings?
