Im having a fault with my air suspension "Normal Height Available"
Ive done a search but not found too much and wonder whats going in.
The car is just in its extended warranty, but did go in under full warranty after it did it separately twice before...it hasnt done it since until now.
When the dealer looked at it, there were no logged codes and they said it worked fine for them...which it does.
Its started doing it again, but again not consistently but more frequently - always fixed with a restart.
The majority of time its following parking in my secured work underground car park - often cooler than outside. Its in there under access mode as at full height its close (although would be fine - 2.1m)
When i come out, put it into normal height its fine drive along and then between 5-10 minutes it will say normal height only. It seems to have only done it when cold OR the current warm weather.
Any ideas what might be causing it or the fix...its under warranty but the dealers arent interested if they cant see the fault! Mike

I would be tempted to get it read with an iid tool as there may be codes your dealer is not showing you - to keep you from costing them cash... Must stop buying shiny toys....

If or where it is safe to do so, take a photo of the error you're receiving at least to show it is happening. Current : Discovery 4 HSE (2012 spec)
Current : BMW Z4 20i MSport
Current : BWM Z4 3.0SI Sport Auto
Previous : Freelander 2 HSE

Thanks
Ive taken two on Friday with a view to showing them
i could ask a friend with autologic to see, but its getting the time to see him (i dont know anyone with IDD). Its a bit annoying as it has generally happened on occasions when i need to use the air suspension! Mike
