How much mileage or time does LRA allow. I am now running at "-12" and the vehicle is only booked in on the 14th.
Lady at service center told me it should be ok. I cannot find any details in the service book or the manual.
Thanks. Why is the fear of long words called hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia?

I don't think you need to worry. It's a message that is telling you that you are now 12 days overdue for your service.

I once left mine to -30.
As I drove to the Service Centre that morning, I lost all power as I "planted it" (the right foot) to pull in front of
2 lanes of fast moving traffic.
It had never done it before, or since
I think maybe my D3 was trying to tell me something

Thanks Mates,
Then I won't be too concerned. It will be on -23 when it goes in. 8) Why is the fear of long words called hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia?

I have had my D3 or less than 3 months and my counter is counting down to 0 already. Queried this with the service centre nearby and they said don't worry service should be done at 12000kms not by the day and it will count down at about 1000kms to go. They also said they could not reset it or it would count down from now 12000kms so I have opted to wait and see. 2007 TDV6 SE Towing 22' Boroma Primo Grandinata, Mitchell Bros. Works on time (ie. every 6 months) here in Oz.
Not kms. ( unless you do more than 12 000kms in 6 months)
Be interesting to see if what happened to me (see post above) happens to you,
or was mine just a co-incidence

Well 0 days is getting closer so will be in negative territory pretty soon. Dealer here (sunshine coast) I think was implying that his regular customers were doing more than 12000 in six months so theirs had been counting down in kms but I doubt we'll do that much so will have to get service when its -180 !!! unless it expires before then 2007 TDV6 SE Towing 22' Boroma Primo Grandinata, Mitchell Bros. We took ours out to -26 - must be based on time as we had only done 8000kms in the first 6 months. We had no problems like SKP.
All the best
