Tiny spring on lower end of r/h shoe...
Currently fitting it all back together, and all the photos are quite low res.
Where does the very small spring clip onto near the knurled adjuster? It clips onto the lower end of the shoe, but I really cannot see where the other end goes...

There is an identical hole on the other shoe for the spring when it’s mounted it rests across the adjusting Nut and that’s where the click comes from when adjusting the shoes.

This one would not reach across, and there was no latch for it on the back plate? When I took the disc off it was just hanging and swinging..

VERY small spring..
The knurled adjuster catches on the long shoe retaining spring I think?
I did alot of referring to B'sBB....sooo handy that. (Thanks!)
Having now looked at the colour photos, rather than my print, I still cannot see where the small spring came from? There was no replacement in my spring kit, and no mention of it in any other photos, nor the LR workshop manual (page 675). Does anyone have any idea?
UPDATE: They are called bias springs and not always fitted. Shown on page 713 of the workshop manual. This would explain why they do not come in all the spring kits.
